Life jackets and safety equipment are available onboard. Crew will guide guests before departure.

Weather policy

We may reschedule or cancel cruises in unsafe weather conditions. If we cancel due to unsafe weather, you can choose a full refund or a new date.

Ethical dolphin policy

Dolphins are wild animals. Sightings are never guaranteed. We follow a respectful viewing approach and do not support chasing, touching or stressing dolphins.

Food & allergies

Please tell us about allergies and dietary needs before your trip. Menu availability depends on ingredients, group size and selected cruise package.

Is Patacon Cruise a restaurant?

It is not a fixed restaurant. It is a traditional dhow with onboard food and drink service setup for planned cruise menus, pop-up cafe moments and private events.

Can we book privately?

Yes. Private charters are available for birthdays, proposals, corporate events, private dinners and group cruises.

Are dolphins guaranteed?

No. Dolphins are wild animals and sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Is there music onboard?

Yes, the boat has sound equipment for selected cruises and private events.

Can we choose the menu?

For private events, custom menus can be discussed in advance.

What happens if the weather is bad?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Mobile Money, Revolut and PayPal. USD is the main currency, and TZS is accepted using the local equivalent.
